USC Graduate Housing

Welcome to Family and Graduate Housing. Our residents represent a diverse array of countries and ethnicities, and the staff of University Housing work to offer a variety of programs to suit all ages.

Copper Beech Properties

Copper Beech offers one, two, three, and four-bedroom floorplans. All living options are air-conditioned and available with a private, full-size bathroom, large-capacity washer and dryer, and high-speed Internet. Residents have access to the Copper Beech Clubhouse and swimming pool.

Sterling University Housing

Sterling University Housing's apartments range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments. You can bring your own roommate orbe matched with a roommate using the property's roommate matching program.

Whaley's Mill

Whaley's Mill is located near the School of Engineering and is a pet-friendly apartment complex located in an old mill. The complex features part-time courtesy patrol, a pool, and a fitness center.
