How to Apply to the Arnold School of Public Health

            The Office of Student & Alumni Services is located in the Health Sciences Building at 800 Sumter Street (across from the College of Education), in Room 112.  Office hours are from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  The telephone number is (803) 777-5031; the fax number is (803) 777-4783.

 

            Please visit our website, www.sph.sc.edu and click on Future Students to obtain important information about applying to the Arnold School of Public Health.

Please read this information carefully since there are two different application procedures depending on the department(s)/program(s) you are applying to as well as the term in which you are applying.

 

If you are applying for Summer 2007 for any graduate program in the Arnold School of Public Health, you must apply through the USC Graduate School.  Please click here for instructions and to link to the USC on-line Graduate Application:  Online Application.

 If you are applying for Fall 2007 or any subsequent term to one of the following departments/or programs, you must apply through the  Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) www.sophas.org , the on-line centralized application service for schools of public health:
