Online Application Supporting Documents
Although your application (and perhaps your application fee) has been submitted
electronically, it is also necessary for you to submit appropriate supporting documents
as required by the program to which you have applied. Processing of your application cannot
begin until your $40 application fee is received.
The following documents must be placed in a large envelope and mailed or delivered to:
University of South Carolina
The Graduate School
901 Sumter Street, Suite 304
Columbia, SC 29208
Fee form (printed from your browser and returned with your packet whether paying
electronically or by check or money order)
Application fee (if paying by check or money order)
Letters of recommendation submitted in sealed envelopes (with each reference's signature
on the back of the sealed envelope)
One official transcript from each post-secondary institution attended (must be sent in
sealed envelope with the stamp or seal of the institution's Registrar)
Photocopy of test scores (if required by the program to which you are applying, but
remember that official test scores must be reported directly to USC by the appropriate
testing service)
Supplementary application materials (if required by the program to which you are applying)
